Eddie Hearn (born June 08, 1979) is a British Director, Sports Promoter, Managing Director, and Social Media Personality from Dagenham, East London. He is best known for being the group managing director of Matchroom Sport.
It is a sport event promotions company. It was first launched by Eddie’s father Barry Hearn. The various sports endorsed by the company are Pool, Darts, Table Tennis, Bowling, Golf, Fishing, Poker, and Gymnastics.
Furthermore, Hearn also serves as the director of the Professional Darts Corporation. His main responsibilities are to focus on boxing and its promotions. He is even responsible for meeting the company’s exclusive televised boxing deal with Sky Sports.
